Today we unveiled the vastly improved Payroll Connected Scheduler to much client praise. Payroll Connected is designed to make payroll a stress free and simple process, something the old scheduler seemed to bottle neck, forcing the user to click several times just to make sure the correct location, department, date, and employee were selected. With the new design however, new shifts can often be added in just one click, allowing all the above items to be changed on the fly as you schedule.

In addition to being able to Edit shifts, schedule for up to three weeks simultaneously, and a new ‘This Employee Only’ filter, there is also the awesome new ‘Employee View’. This new view allows the person scheduling to see real time what an employee’s schedule looks like on a month format calendar page, allowing for quick analysis of their work weeks as well as ensuring they have enough days off to avoid costly overtime.
