How do I change the Contact Information on a T4?
When you begin creating a T4, after you’ve selected the year and list of employees, the next screen is the T4 Export screen where you can adjust various information pertaining to the T4 run. One such section is the ‘Contact Information’ section. By default, Payroll Connected will use the name, phone number and email of the Employee Record you logged in as. However, it can be easily changed here, to be printed on the T4 summary of both the company and employee copies, and it will also be used in the CRA upload file.
